Specially-invited guest speaker Mr Kamil Izwan Bin Yacob (Alumni of Monash University Foundation Year), currently holding a position as a Financial Advisor based in AKPK Kuala Lumpur Branch, delivered a lecture to Sunway Business School students. Mr Kamil shared key insights and educated students on consumer credit, car loans, credit card issues, housing loans, and personal bankruptcy. This sharing session took place at Sunway University campus.

The Lecture's Learning Objectives:

1. To guide users about the factors that affect fluctuating interest rates and formulate better loaning strategies 
2. To guide users to make better financial decisions during loan applications
3. To raise awareness of the consequences of poor debt management
