Monash University Malaysia researchers and graduate students achieved significant success at the 35th International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX) 2024, held from 16-17 May 2024. The team brought home an impressive haul of six gold and two silver medals.

ITEX 2024 was a memorable event, with patrons and visiting teams showcasing some of the best inventive solutions. The goal of ITEX 2024 was to gather the brightest minds to create defining commercial advancements with the potential to positively impact society.

Organised by the Malaysian Invention and Design Society (MINDS) and C.I.S Network Sdn Bhd (C.I.S), ITEX continues to be the region’s premier platform for innovation and invention, featuring a diverse classification of 700 entries.

All eight entries from Monash University Malaysia were recognized with the following:
