- Open to all UEC graduates
- Meet minimum Admissions requirements
- Achieved an average score of 85 (SM3 year) in extracurricular activities
- Recommendation letter from School Principal, teacher or counsellor

- RM8,000 tuition fee waiver per annum to be given out at RM4,000 per semester, subject to maintaining satisfactory academic progress.
