- Fulfil the entry requirement of RU’s programme
- Students who completed study from Selected SMJK Schools in KL /Selangor /Negeri Sembilan:
- Chong Hwa Independent High School KL
- Tsun Jin High School KL
- Confucian High School KL
- Kuen Cheng High School School SEL
- Chong Hwa High School Klang SEL
- Pin Hwa High School SEL
- Hin Hwa High School SEL
- Kwang Hwa High School SEL
