- Only applicable to MALAYSIAN students holding one of the
following qualifications:
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- O-levels / IGCSE
- International Baccalaureate - IB MYP/IBDP/IBCP
- Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) - Eligibility for the bursary is based on the completion of studies from secondary schools in Malaysia EXCEPT those within the PPD jurisdictions of Johor Bahru and Pasir Gudang.
